Blueberry Banana Bread
Wash and drain blueberries - toss berries with 2 tablespoons flour (this keeps them from sinking to the bottom of the loaf!). Sift remaining flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Cream butter; gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture and banana alternately in 3 parts, stir in blueberries. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Graphic source |
